Telling Stories with Impact

In this workshop, you are gently guided to reconnect with your emotions, explore your inner world with self-compassion, and give voice to your experience through words, color, and form. Using simple storytelling tools, we shape personal narratives and practice sharing them authentically and from the heart.

This is a space to connect, reflect, and remember: your story matters.

Self-Compassion

Under the instruction of Drs Ali Moradi, psychologist and mindfulness coach, this series of workshops introduces participants to core principles of emotional resilience and self-compassion through evidence-based practices like the Unified Protocol. In a safe and supportive setting, we explore how to respond to stress and inner criticism with awareness, acceptance, and compassion.

We have offered seasonal workshops for the Iranian community in the Netherlands for more than 3 years now. 

We also tailor sessions for other groups and organizations.
